Meet Your Coach
Frank Arcuri Jr.
Frank discovered his passion for running in 2012 when he was looking for a way to maintain his fitness. What started as a casual hobby quickly turned into a lifestyle as he began participating in races ranging from 5Ks to marathons.
With over 15 marathons under his belt, including prestigious races like the New York City marathon, Frank has expanded his expertise to trail running, ultramarathons, and triathlons. His dedication to the sport has allowed him to continuously improve his own performance while helping others achieve their running goals.
Coaching Philosophy
Frank's approach to coaching is rooted in three key principles:
- Individualization: Every runner is unique, with different strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
- Sustainability: Training should fit into your life, not take it over.
- Enjoyment: Finding joy in the journey is essential for long-term success.
Whether you're training for your first 5K or aiming for a personal best in a marathon, Frank's personalized coaching will help you achieve your goals while fostering a lifelong love for running.
"I believe that running has the power to transform lives. It's not just about the physical benefits, but the mental strength, discipline, and community that comes with it. My goal is to share that transformation with as many people as possible."
